Ethiopia Sidama is astonishingly fragrant and adventurous with a bouquet reminiscent of sweet wine. This organic, fruit-forward, light roast is among our most adventurous coffees due to the coffee being dried in the cherry, instead of being removed, as in the washed process.

Drinkers who prefer a more traditional taste may enjoy our medium roast, washed process Ethiopia Sidama.
