Straight from the farm of Carolina Posada to Pittsburgh's North Side, La Prima presents a direct trade Colombia EA decaf. In this process, the caffeine content is dissolved through contact with ethyl acetate, a byproduct of sugar cane refinery. This method preserves the full flavor of the green coffee often lost in other decaffeination processes. The result from Carolina's coffee is tart and ultra sweet with crisp acidity.
