La Casa is the house blend brewed daily at our Carnegie Mellon University caffès.  Central and South American coffees are blended to make a well-rounded and balanced way to start your morning. 

Paulie's Blend is a classically bold, diner-style dark roast. A perennial best seller!

Vita Nuova is the newest signature blend at La Prima Espresso Company, featuring intensely sweet notes of caramelly baked fruit and candied citrus. A portion of sales of this coffee benefit Literacy Pittsburgh.
